Please do this exercise along with me, it's called the "I K'un King" and is the primary warm up exercise for doing a set of t'ai chi. I learned it from Master Choy Kam Man at the Chinese YMCA, one of the greatest t'ai chi masters of all time whose hands were soft like cotton.
