I need someone I trust to host and manage the infrastructure for all of these sites. You're the first person I thought of.

What I Need From You

Hosting & Infrastructure Partner

I need someone to own the hosting layer for this project. Here's what that looks like:

Host the full network of static sites on your infrastructure — whether that's your existing B2 Web Studios setup, a dedicated server, Cloudflare Pages, or however you'd architect it
Custom domain configuration — DNS, SSL certs, CNAME records for the full domain portfolio
Uptime & reliability — these are a client's business-critical lead generation sites
Deployment pipeline — I build the sites, you deploy and manage them
Ongoing maintenance — monitoring, SSL renewals, performance, backups
Technical consulting — architecture decisions as the network grows

25 years of web dev experience. You've seen everything. I trust your judgment on infrastructure.
B2 Web Studios. You already run an agency — this is operationally familiar territory for you.
You know hosting. You've managed servers, WordPress installs, e-commerce platforms. 50 static HTML sites is lightweight compared to what you've handled.
Office Hours. We know each other. I'd rather put money in the hands of someone in our community than send it to a faceless hosting company.
Long-term play. This isn't a one-off gig. It's recurring monthly revenue for as long as these sites run — which is years.

The Revenue Opportunity

Here's how I see the hosting revenue working for you:

Option A: Flat Monthly Hosting Fee

WordPress builds: Some sites may eventually need dynamic features, CMS, or listing integrations. That's your wheelhouse.
E-commerce: If Nancy ever sells merch, courses, or real estate tools online — you've done Magento and WooCommerce.
SEO consulting: You've been doing SEO for 25 years. Your expertise could add value to the monthly retainer work.
Podcast production: We're also setting up a podcast studio for Nancy & Mark. If you're interested in remote production work, there's a role there too.
Replicate the model: If this works for Nancy (and it will), I plan to pitch other realtors in other markets. Every new client = more hosting revenue for you.

How would you architect it? I'd love your take on the best way to host a network of static HTML sites with custom domains. Cloudflare Pages? Your own servers? A hybrid?
Timeline: We're starting builds in April 2026. First batch of sites need hosting by mid-April.
