Scale Site Production & Start Podcast

Pedro builds podcast studio at Nancy's office. $600-750 flat fee from the $2,500 setup budget.
Record first podcast episode. Content feeds multiple websites. Start with "Why Hot Springs" or "Buying Lakefront on Lake Hamilton."
SEO retainer kicks in — $650/mo starting May. Content updates, cross-link optimization, ranking reports.
Show Nancy Search Console data. First indexing results. Even early data builds confidence and justifies continued investment.
Set up AI command center at Nancy's office. 2-3 desks. Being physically present generates more work naturally.
