What Nancy Needs to Do

These are the items only you can provide. None of them take more than a few minutes, and I can walk you through any of them in person.

1. Domain Portfolio Export

Nancy's Action — 2 minutes

  1. Log in to GoDaddy.com → click My Products
  2. Go to DomainsAll Domains
  3. Click the Export or Download button (top right)
  4. Choose CSV format and save the file
  5. Email or text the file to Paul

This lets me see every domain you own, their expiration dates, and where they're currently pointed. Without this, we're flying blind.

2. Domain Registrar Access

Nancy's Action — 1 minute

Share login credentials (or delegate DNS management access) for:

I need this to point your domains to their new websites. Your passwords stay private — I only need enough access to change DNS settings.

3. Choose an Email for Lead Notifications

Nancy's Action — 30 seconds

Which email address should receive lead notifications from the websites?

Every time someone fills out a contact form on any of your sites, you'll get an email that tells you who they are, what they're looking for, and which website they came from.

4. Google Account for Analytics

Nancy's Action — 1 minute

Do you have a Google account (Gmail) you use for business? I'll set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console under your account so you own the data. If you don't have one, I can help you create one.

5. Review & Approve the Hub Site

Nancy's Action — at our next meeting

I'll walk you through thebergerongroup.com in person. We'll review:

Once you approve it, we go live the same day.

How Lead Tracking Works

Every website I build has a tracking system that tells you exactly where each lead came from. Here's what it looks like in practice:

Example: A buyer searches Google for "Lake Hamilton homes for sale"

1. They find lakehamiltonhomesforsale.com (one of your niche sites)

2. They fill out the contact form on that site

3. You get an email that says:

Subject: New Lead from lakehamiltonhomesforsale.com
Name: John & Jane Smith
Email: john@email.com
Phone: (555) 123-4567
Interest: Buying a Home
Source: lakehamiltonhomesforsale.com
Message: "Looking for waterfront on Lake Hamilton, budget $350-450K"

You know instantly: who they are, what they want, and which website brought them to you.

What Gets Tracked (Automatically)

WhatHow You'll See It
Contact form submissionsEmail to you with the source website tagged
How many visitors each site getsMonthly report from Google Analytics
What Google searches find your sitesMonthly report from Google Search Console
Which sites generate the most leadsForm submission counts by source
Which keywords are driving trafficSearch Console keyword rankings

I'll put together a simple monthly report showing you all of this — which sites are getting traffic, which are generating leads, and which keywords you're winning on Google. No jargon, just numbers that matter.

Just so we're on the same page about what this costs:
