What's wrong

How to fix it

A
Move the cable (simplest). Trace the printer's Ethernet cable and plug it into the same router/switch the computer uses. It will then get a 10.10.9.x address and become reachable.
B
Or confirm at the printer. On the M227 screen: network icon → Network Summary. Read the IPv4 address, subnet mask, gateway. If it shows 10.10.9.x, the DNS record is just stale and a fixed TCP/IP port finishes it.
C
Then (from this PC): replace the dead WSD port with a Standard TCP/IP port pointed at the printer's real 10.10.9.x IP — needs a one-time admin approval.

Queue note: the three June-6 jobs were cleared and the spooler queue is now empty. The “keep printed documents” setting is OFF, so that wasn't the cause — the cause is the network gap above.
