Critical realities (read these every morning)

1. Rental income IS the foundation. ~$78,000/year recurring from the Cedar Creek property is the primary income source. The websites are an adjunct, not the bedrock. This dramatically reduces the pressure on the web business to perform fast and gives you runway to build it right.
2. The Musk complex is the highest-leverage opportunity. 6 miles from Boring/Starlink/SpaceX/x.com. Repositioning the rental property as a Musk-complex commuter rental could add $30,000-50,000/year to gross. This is the single most valuable insight in everything we have built.
3. firth.com is the only website with real organic traffic. 145 Google referrals/mo. The pattern: old domain + deep content + tight focus. Replicate this on austen.com, then tvreviewer.com, before adding any new sites.
