Why it fits us
Cambridge has real ground-floor office / live-work space, and per the building's own history, that space is "historically very popular with architecture tenants" (towers.net). We've already confirmed live commercial activity there — ALTERSTUDIO Architecture occupies Suite 106, DEN Property Group markets a ground-floor live-work loft for sale, and there's ground-floor office (Suite 108/109) offered for lease around ~$26/SF/yr.
Amenities that help the business as much as the living: a multipurpose meeting room, 24-hr security + concierge, attended parking garage, pool, spa, fitness center, rooftop deck.

Best single point of contact for the building's inventory: Urbanspace Realtors (urbanspacerealtors.com/cambridge-tower — they curate for-sale AND for-lease by bedroom count). For the ground-floor live-work loft: DEN Property Group — Bryan Cady, 512-731-7489, bryan@denpg.com.
Employment / business angle
This is a two-for-one: a home and a client pool. Cambridge's ground-floor commercial space skews toward architecture and design firms (ALTERSTUDIO is the confirmed example). Those are exactly the kind of small, design-forward businesses that need web development and automated marketing — which is what we build. Being a resident-owner in the same building is a natural door-opener.
Next step (queued for the research hand-off): pull a real tenant list of the firms with offices in Cambridge Tower, plus exact ground-floor lease rates, so we can approach them both as neighbors and as prospects. CRE portals (LoopNet/Crexi) block automated reads, so this needs a browser or a call to Urbanspace / the building.
